However, I can help you if you want to select templates from blogger OR you can get a free one from another site like PYZAM.
To change it, you should see the tabs at the top of your screen and you're logged in. The first says 'posting', the second says 'settings' and the third says 'layout'. Click on 'layout'.
From there, you can either click on 'pick new template' if you want one from Blogger. OR, you can click on 'edit HMTL'. Here you can either download your own template or you can delete all your HMTL codes and paste a code that you get for a template from a different site. However, I must warn you, if you DO download from another site, it will delete any addition gadgets you have.
Now, I hope that this is what you were asking and I hope I haven't completely confused you. haha!
